i get this page alot to but i noticed if you look closely at the link it could be incorrect for example:
twitter/theloser718 is wrong
twitter.com/theloser718 is correct
some people put caps and it should be lower case maybe
if these are not the issue then the page just doesnt work but next time u see this screen check the url and make sure its correct..
